Nova Whisper Cosmos is a UK-based CPCAB Approved Centre (No. 904), delivering nationally recognised counselling qualifications: the Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills (CSK-L2) and the Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies (CST-L3). We are also preparing to deliver the Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (TC-L4), subject to CPCAB approval.

We offer counselling training for learners who want to develop ethical, reflective and human-centred helping skills, whether as a first step towards becoming a counsellor or to use these skills in their work and everyday life. Our teaching is grounded in listening, self-awareness, professional boundaries and the quality of human connection.

Alongside our training pathway, we are developing an AI & Human Resilience Lab, a research direction exploring how AI-supported reflection, adaptive guidance and human-centred systems may support resilience in high-stress and changing environments.

Our aim is to build a bridge between professional counselling education and the emerging field of human-AI support, helping people learn how to care, listen and stay human in a rapidly changing world.
